Refund policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Cloudcomputeplus learning tracks invoiced after a fit discussion. Website pricing pages are informational only and do not themselves create a charge.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for self-paced Clause Brief purchases and for cohort seats when the conditions below are met. Employer-sponsored seats require the billing contact to submit the request.

Timeframe

For Clause Brief (self-paced), you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not submitted materials for the email critique and have not downloaded more than the orientation packet.

For Negotiation Desk or Counsel Track cohorts, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first live session. After that point, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refund: unused eligibility windows above, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date.

Partial refund: if you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of the cohort, we refund 50% of the tuition paid, less any non-refundable third-party processing fees we cannot recover. After the cohort midpoint, tuition is non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Completed private coaching calls that were already delivered, custom counsel-brief exports already prepared, and third-party examination or filing fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked as non-refundable on your invoice remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@cloudcomputeplus.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for verification of identity or enrollment.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We do not issue refunds in cash at the Magdeburg office.

Cancellation by Cloudcomputeplus

If we cancel a program, you may choose a transfer to a later cohort or a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seat. We will notify enrolled learners by email.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under German and EU consumer law remain unaffected. If a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your distance contract and you exercise it within the legal period, we will honor that right even where this policy states a shorter window—unless an exception under consumer law applies (for example, where digital content has been fully supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights).
